Hi everyone,

I just have a quick question to ask... Is there a way to display more that one quote per page? I would like to use this script for links so I was planing of adding all of my URLs in the text file and then show 15 links on a page.

The silly solution I found (just to test it) was to add 15 include tags but I know there is a more logical way of doing this.... so if someone can help that would me grate!

Thanks in advance!
John

Try a simple loop command if you know PHP, and increment the URL number each time. (I think increment is the right word...)

I cant think on how it would be coded...

But maybe if there was a random quote code that could be made that it has a counter, when it extracts a quote, the counter adds one on, then it continues to do this and place the next one underneath .. When the counter reaches 15, it stops?

Maybe PHPDUMMY and darkcarnival can spread some light on this for us?

it would be a script in itself really....

as a hint though , 99% of the necessary code to achieve this is already implemented in my version of the web-site search engine
